A large and well-regarded secondary school in West London is seeking a Business and Economics Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
The position is full time, with a long‑term contract until at least July 2027, and part‑time applicants will be considered. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and salary will match London MPS/UPS.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high‑quality lessons in Business and Economics, covering key topics such as micro and macroeconomics, enterprise, finance, and global markets.
- Support students’ academic progress by developing their analytical thinking, evaluation skills, and understanding of real‑world economic issues.
- Inspire students to think critically about business decision‑making and economic environments at both a national and global level.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all learners are supported and challenged.
- Contribute to the wider department and whole‑school community, promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour.

Qualifications and Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
