Role Overview
The International Council Officer provides support to the Head of Individual Giving & Collection Development in sustaining the activities of the International Council, Tate’s highest-level annual giving group of leading philanthropists and art collectors from around the world. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent donor care by coordinating official communications and publications, supporting the delivery of an international events programme, ensuring an efficient membership renewals process and acting as the first point of contact for International Council members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate official communications and publications for the International Council.
- Support the delivery of the international events programme.
- Ensure efficient membership renewal processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for International Council members.
- Demonstrate administrative, organisational and planning skills; maintain strong relationship management and customer service.
- Manage competing priorities, deliver to deadlines, track and report membership income and team expenditure with numeracy skills and attention to detail.
