Senior Benefits Analyst – UK & EMEA

Location: London

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Benefits Administration – manage day‑to‑day administration of benefits programs across the UK and EMEA, including annual renewals, eligibility processes, enrolments, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Workday teams to maintain accurate benefit, payroll, and HRIS data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries.
  • Vendor & Consultant Management – coordinate relationships with external consultants, brokers, insurers, pension administrators, and wellbeing partners; lead or participate in RFPs, quarterly business reviews, and service delivery assessments.
  • Support delivery of employee information sessions in local EMEA offices.
  • Employee Communication & Education – develop and deliver engaging benefits communication materials, update employee handbooks and internal content, conduct presentations and office roadshows, and respond to employee feedback.
  • Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight – ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and monitor market and legislative trends to recommend program adjustments.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting – analyse benefits data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities; create dashboards, reports, and summarize key insights for senior leadership; support budgeting, accruals, and forecasting for EMEA benefits.
  • Strategic Partnership & Projects – collaborate with global Total Rewards colleagues, support wellbeing initiatives and benefits harmonisation, contribute to system enhancements and process improvements, and synthesize employee feedback to provide recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Solid baseline understanding of employee benefits end‑to‑end process for the EMEA region, including familiarity with pension schemes, top‑ups, and complex systems such as Italy.
  • Experience with medical and other health and welfare schemes, such as lunch vouchers, green car, and dental.
  • Strong research skills – use OneNote, brokers, consultants, vendors, and independent research tools such as Copilot.
  • Comfort with a blend of administrative tasks and customer service – regularly submit recurring administrative orders and answer employee questions.
  • Desire to learn and grow, excitement about independence and opportunity this role provides.
  • Workday baseline knowledge, or demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter, with limited oversight from the US‑based team.
