Resident Involvement Officer

Salary & Location

Salary: £37,165 to £43,344 per annum.

Location: London – Corsica Street or London, Wrights Road.

Contract Details

Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week. Hybrid role with base location at one of our London offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead at a regional level on the promotion of the Resident Involvement strategy.
• Support residents to engage in Clarion’s involvement offer and menu of opportunities.
• Evidently coordinate, facilitate and deliver exceptional RI activities for the region and nationally.
• Support resident‑led scrutiny of services.
• Act as a consultant to teams on how RI is delivered at a local level, including training and motivating teams where necessary.
• Report on engagement, resident feedback and outcomes in line with regulation.
• Take the lead on engagement and joint working with regional and other customer‑focused teams to enable residents’ participation and ensure their voice is at the heart of decision‑making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Confident, highly motivated, positive mindset, able to lead engagement and joint working.
• Excellent people skills, good analytical and report writing abilities.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing demands.
• Forward‑thinking and innovative approach to engage with residents and drive service improvement.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales during employment.
• Must be able to travel across the region as required.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
