We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support residents in maintaining successful tenancies and achieving positive outcomes.

You will work closely with tenants, partners, and support services to prevent tenancy breakdown, manage arrears, and promote independent living.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy support, or homelessness services preferred
• Strong communication and case management skills
• Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and communities
