In this dynamic role, you will lead innovation and improvement across homes and neighbourhoods, empowering teams to deliver equitable, inclusive, and accessible services that make a real difference. As Business Systems Lead, you will manage impactful housing projects, develop smart technical solutions, and drive data quality to improve outcomes for residents. You will work with a wide range of colleagues across the council, fostering collaboration and embedding cultural change.
