CRF Advisor & Advice Quality Supervisor

CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU in Worcester is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Fund Assessor/Advice Quality Supervisor for a full-time role, 37 hours per week. The salary ranges from £27,254 to £28,142 annually, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work with key staff to implement and supervise assessments of CRF submissions, ensuring quality advice is given to service users. Recent experience in advice work is preferred, and training will be provided for candidates with transferable skills.
