This role is at the heart of easyJet’s high‑profile strategic priority: the launch of a new loyalty scheme in 2027. You’ll collaborate across commercial, digital, technology and operational teams to shape how change lands across the organisation, ensuring millions of customers experience easyJet’s future offerings.
The Role
As Senior Business Change Manager you will lead the change programme for the new loyalty scheme, driving transformational change across operating models, technology, processes and commercial propositions. The role requires ownership, influence at senior levels, and the ability to manage complex change at scale. You will also lead and develop a team of Business Change Managers and Specialists.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the end‑to‑end change strategy for the loyalty scheme launch in 2027
- Partner with senior leaders to align commercial, technology and operational agendas
- Drive transformational change across operating models, ways of working, processes and customer propositions
- Communicate a compelling change story linking strategy to day‑to‑day impact
- Manage the organisational change impact landscape, prioritising, sequencing and mitigating people risks
- Ensure change activity is resourced and integrated into programme and business plans
- Co‑coach and advise sponsors and leaders to reinforce effective change leadership
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing Business Change team
- Track adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to confirm change is embedded
- Incorporate external best practice and fresh thinking into change delivery
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale, complex transformation programmes in customer‑facing or commercial environments
- A proven track record of ownership and driving change across multiple business domains
- Strong people‑leadership experience, including senior change professional development
- Confidence working across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models
- Credibility and resilience to challenge senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value, outcomes and benefits realisation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, influencing at all levels
- Recognised change management qualification such as Prosci or APMG, or equivalent experience
- A bold, proactive mindset with the energy and determination to realise large‑scale change

Practicalities
This full‑time role is based in Luton, 40 hours per week, with hybrid working. We spend approximately 60% of our time per month in the office.
