Job overview
Line manage Domestic Services Assistants and work closely with other disciplines within the hospital to ensure professional cleaning standards are maintained. Provide effective supervision of the Domestic Services Team, overseeing safe, effective and compliant cleaning services and maintaining these standards throughout the hospital.
Recommended actions include monitoring quality standards, communicating with ward and departmental managers, and taking or facilitating appropriate action to maintain compliance and high standards. Experience in IT skills is essential to support these responsibilities.
