The Role

As the Stock Condition Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out stock condition surveys on residential social housing properties.
• Record condition data using handheld/tablet software.
• Assess building components, lifecycle data, and HHSRS elements.
• Produce accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements.
• Work independently across occupied and void properties.

You

To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or Property Surveyor.
• Experience working within social housing/residential housing stock.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology and property components.
• Comfortable using tablets and asset management software.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
