Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP48,000 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Workshop Engineer to join our team. This family‑run company manufactures bespoke vehicles for the defence and marine sector. The role involves working on state‑of‑the‑art systems, day‑to‑day mechanical maintenance, and maintaining and fault‑finding complex vehicles. The position is Monday to Friday, days‑based, with on‑the‑job training and the chance to become a mentor to the junior team.

The Role

• Mechanical maintenance of complex vehicles.
• Day‑to‑day workshop duties, Monday to Friday.

The Person

• Strong mechanical background.
• Background in motorsport or classic cars is encouraged.
• Motivated to develop technical skills.

This is a full‑time, site‑based role at our Slough site, commutable to Slough. Competitive salary, training, overtime, progression, and private healthcare are offered.
