Senior Blue Prism Developer & Automation Leader

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Blue Prism Developer to lead automation capabilities in a secure public sector environment. The role, a hands-on technical leadership position, requires building and stabilising automation delivery approaches while closely collaborating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in Blue Prism development, ideally with previous experience as a Lead Developer in complex environments. This position offers a contract rate of £500–550/day outside IR35, with hybrid working arrangements.
