Manchester Digital is seeking an Application Operations Shift Leader based in Manchester to ensure critical systems run smoothly across the UK’s borders and trade services. The successful candidate will lead a small team, manage operations, and play a key role in incident response and continuous improvement.

This hands-on position requires strong problem-solving skills and experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Opsview. Shift work is expected, including evenings and weekends.
