Our commitments to diversity and inclusion are set out at the end of this job description.## **The Role**As a Methodologist, you will be responsible for delivering the operational and analytical work that underpins Evident’s Outcomes products. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will analyse data, implement changes to our evolving methodology and contribute to producing high-quality benchmarking outputs for our client partners.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable outputs and eager to develop deeper methodological expertise within a high-performing, collaborative team environment. ## **Key Responsibilities*** Collect, clean, and analyse datasets from internal and external sources.* Apply methodology frameworks, scoring models and maturity metrics to produce reliable benchmark outputs.* Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of results.* Support the production of dashboards, reports, and internal/external deliverables.* Test and validate scoring approaches and benchmark outputs.* Identify potential improvements or inconsistencies and communicate them to the Senior Analyst and Head of Outcomes Analysis.* Work closely with Product and Client Delivery teams to ensure outputs are usable and client-ready.* Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and client-facing presentations.* Keep up to date with sector-specific trends and AI developments to support methodological accuracy.* Build technical skills in data analytics, visualisation, and benchmark delivery.## **Core Skills & Experience*** 3 – 6 years in analytics, research, or operational roles, preferably in financial services or consulting.* Experience working with datasets, performing quality checks, and producing accurate outputs.* Familiarity with frameworks, scoring approaches, or structured metrics, preferably within an AI or benchmarking context.* Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate findings.* Comfortable delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
