Chartered Building Surveyor | Residential & Commercial | Central London | £55,000 – £70,000
I’m working with an established independent building consultancy with a recently opened London office, and I’m looking to fill two positions as they grow their presence in the capital.
They’re open to Chartered Building Surveyors or those with a minimum of two years’ PQE working toward chartership. Either way, you’d be joining a growing team with a genuine focus on training and development, and a clear path to progress.
The work spans residential and commercial clients, so the caseload is varied. You’d be involved across building surveys, pre-acquisition and technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, party wall, schedules of condition, PPM schedules and contract administration on projects up to £5m+.
The office is centrally located with easy access via Chancery Lane and Farringdon, and there’s hybrid working on offer, splitting time between home, office and site.
What they’re looking for
A Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or someone with at least two years’ PQE and a RICS-accredited degree. You’ll need to be comfortable managing your own workload and dealing directly with clients.
What’s on offer
£55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme, company pension, and professional and training fees covered.
