In-House Legal Counsel – Private Markets (PE & Funds)

Simmons & Hanbury is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Private Markets legal team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an Associate looking to transition into in-house work.

The successful candidate will provide legal support for private equity and infrastructure investments, assist in fund launches, and advise stakeholders. Candidates should have 3-5 PQE in PE and M&A, with strong experience in negotiations and fund documentation.
