Senior Accounts & Compliance Lead

Xeinadin Group is looking for a motivated Accounts Senior to join our team in Northallerton. This key position involves managing client accounts, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior members. The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA qualifications or be studying towards them.

Additional strong communication, organizational skills, and confidence using cloud systems, particularly Xero, are essential. Experience in accountancy is valuable as the role requires preparation of tax, VAT, and PAYE documentation. An excellent work ethic and customer-focused mindset will be crucial.
