Credit Controller

Southern Communications Ltd is hiring a Credit Controller based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, South East, UK.

This is a Full time opportunity (£30,000).

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke

Salary: up to £30,000

To work with customers to collect outstanding balances, and work with other departments to enable trickier debts to be collected.

Responsibilities

• Actively contact customers who are late with their payments and request prompt payment for a portfolio of customers/companies
• Follow escalation processes when a customer continues to miss.
