Dual-Site Ofsted Manager – Children’s Homes (EBD)

Job Search Place Limited is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and manage two children’s homes in Derby for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing care plans, and leading staff to create a nurturing environment. Candidate should have substantial experience in children’s residential care and hold an NVQ 5.
