REF 114 – NURSING HOME MANAGER – PETERBOROUGH AREA – £ TO 80K BASE SALARY

Good rated and well established care and nursing home. Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South. This provider is seeking a Home Manager for their well‑established, purpose‑built and good rated home in the Peterborough area.

Home Manager in Peterborough will:

• Ensure the home’s continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
• Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
• Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
• Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.

Home Manager in Peterborough will need to have:

• Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to good outcomes with CQC.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
• Effective communication and IT skills.
• Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
