Overview
The Outpatient Unit Manager will lead the day-to-day management of unit teams across multiple specialties. The role supports Operations Managers to deliver key performance indicators, service standards, and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- First-line management of the Administration unit, responsible for performance, workload management, policies and procedures, and standards of customer care and quality.
- Ensure appropriateness of services and that Trust performance management requirements are met, including financial expenditure targets, cost control, quality and activity targets.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to support delivery of key performance indicators and service standards.
