The CompanyOur client is a successful, international recruitment agency, specialising on the exciting and growing industry of renewable energy.
The JobThey are now looking to hire either a French or German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in the fast-paced Energy sector across Europe. You will be working with renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure companies, from oil & gas to emerging clean technologies, supporting them with their ongoing recruitment needs.
The job will typically include the following responsibilities:
- Building and managing relationships with clients in the energy sector across France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for technical and commercial roles
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement
- Staying ahead of market trends to become a trusted advisor in the energy recruitment space
- Using your German or French language skills to engage with clients and candidates
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in German OR French
- Proven recruitment experience (energy, engineering, or technical sectors preferred, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven mindset
- A genuine interest in the energy industry and the global energy transition
Salary
- Competitive base salary – £30,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission structure
