Advanced Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (Veterans)
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £38,149 plus staff benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with organisations across Scotland already engaging veterans
- Practice persistent engagement to help Veterans who struggle to receive support
- Deliver personalised 1:1 support
- Deliver Group-Based Lifestyle Management Courses
- Engage with family members in group settings
- Develop the role of Veteran Peers
- Connect veterans with the wider community and partner services
- Use a monitoring, evaluation and reporting framework to learn and develop practice
Qualifications & Experience
- Health and social care practitioner with experience supporting people living with long term physical and mental health conditions to self‑manage
- Experience supporting vulnerable people who experience significant psychosocial barriers and health inequalities
- Belief that people have strengths, are resilient and are experts in their own lives
- Ability to work autonomously in community settings
- Good solution‑focused coaching and group facilitation skills
