Has experience within Children’s Residential CareUnderstands Ofsted regulations and registration requirementsCan confidently lead a home through registrationIs passionate about improving outcomes for young peopleCan build and lead high-performing teamsHas strong safeguarding and leadership knowledgeWants to grow with an ambitious providerLevel 5 qualification and previous Registered Manager experience would be highly desirable.
