The Assignment Services Consultant will support expatriates with their moves abroad. Assignment services staff will attend to the needs of the expatriate and their families, this can include:
- Pre Assignment Briefings
- Tax Implications
- Relocation Services
- Compensation Issues
- Cost of Living Allowances
They will be responsible for supporting the assignee through the process and then potentially repatriating them back to their home country when the assignment is over. If the assignment services professional is working within a consulting environment they may be responsible for dealing with businesses on their assignment services needs including taxation.
