The Opportunity
Role Purpose
As Senior Designer, you will work across branding, identity and design systems for a client base spanning premium property, lifestyle and commercial brands. You will take the creative lead on projects, shape concepts from initial brief through to final delivery, and collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Account Management team.
Impact
Your work will sit at the intersection of ideas and execution. You will help shift the studio’s client offering, bringing conceptual thinking and polished craft to commercial briefs that are measured against real marketing outcomes. The expectation is work that is visually intelligent, commercially resonant and rooted in clear design thinking.

About You
- Solid experience in senior design, branding and identity across digital and print
- A conceptual thinker who can move fluently from idea to execution
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion skills are a great bonus)
- Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and communicating design decisions clearly
- A portfolio that shows variety, craft with purpose and clear conceptual thinking
- Property, corporate premium or luxury sector experience is a genuine advantage
- Proactive, positive and collaborative with a detail-oriented approach
