Location: Cardiff (covering sites across Wales)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,231 – £33,381 per year + additional skill payments

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (39 hours per week) + 1 in 4 weekends (15% allowance)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a number of sites in the Wales region.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where you will carry out general building maintenance and repairs, helping to keep sites safe, compliant and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
• Complete basic repairs and inspections
• Support compliance checks (e.g. fire safety, water checks, lighting)
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Work across multiple sites as part of a team

What we’re looking for

• Experience in general building maintenance or a relevant trade
• NVQ or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently
• Basic IT and health & safety knowledge
