Compensation: GBP 30,000 – GBP 32,500 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Build Bills of Quantities from project drawings.
• Assess and process subcontract payments.
• Handle client invoicing.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure overall financial success of the framework.
• Demonstrate competence with SAP; experience in civil/utility projects, framework work, and DNO projects is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a Commercial Assistant or Commercial Administrator role.
• Recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying and eager to start a career.

Additional Information

This is an office and field‑based role, working out of our Livingston office. Car drivers with a full clean driving licence are preferred, and you must have full and unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
