Design Manager – Residential & Student Housing Lead

Fawkes & Reece is currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join a leading construction contractor. You will manage design processes for high-quality residential projects, including student accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND in a relevant discipline, at least 3 years of construction experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. A commercial awareness will also be essential for this role.
