Engineering Change Lead

BAXI is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to oversee the management of engineering and product change requests in Preston. The successful candidate will work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure compliance with regulations and product quality standards.

Key responsibilities include tracking changes, building business cases, and ensuring timely communication across functions. The role requires a strong engineering background and experience with CAD systems.
