BT Group is looking for a position in the UK Business IT Cloud Team focused on delivering high-performance cloud and hybrid platforms. The role involves tackling complex customer issues, ensuring seamless service continuity, and driving improvements to enhance customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with Windows systems and cloud technologies, while maintaining a customer-first approach. In addition, you’ll be eligible for security clearance which requires 5 years of working history in the UK.
