Principal / Senior Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management & Maintenance – Dartford, Crossways Business Park | Salary Negotiable DOE + Uncapped Commission

CBW Staffing Solutions is looking for ambitious Principal and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our high‑performing team in Dartford. If you’ve built your desk in FM, Maintenance, Construction, Engineering, Technical Trades, Data Centres or Property Services, this is your opportunity to inherit a warm, mature desk with serious earning potential – and the genuine autonomy to grow your own client base.

No weekends. No Central London commute. Just a well‑established desk, a supportive team, and a clear path to accelerate your career.

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30

The Role

You’ll own the full 360° recruitment cycle across FM, Maintenance, Data Centres, Property Services and the wider Built Environment:

  • Business Development – proactively identify, target and onboard new clients
  • Client Management – build long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers and deliver consultative hiring support
  • Candidate Sourcing – leverage your network, job boards, LinkedIn and our CRM to secure top technical and non‑technical talent
  • Compliance & Onboarding – ensure right‑to‑work checks, trade certifications, references and all paperwork are handled correctly
  • Job Advertising – craft compelling adverts that attract the right candidates at the right level
  • Offer Management – present offers, manage candidate and client expectations, and close professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within FM, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, Technical Trades, Data Centres or Property Services
  • Commercially minded with a strong, demonstrable track record of generating and converting leads
  • Confident communicator across phone, video and face‑to‑face
  • Resilient, self‑motivated and consistently target‑driven
  • Well‑organised, with the ability to manage your own desk and workload independently
  • Able to commute daily to our Dartford office at Crossways Business Park
  • Degree in any discipline (preferred but not essential)
