About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing consulting role at the intersection of AI strategy and enterprise transformation. You will be the primary business advisor and deal lead for Agentforce Process Automation — helping some of the world’s most complex organisations reimagine how their operations run. Working alongside Account Executives, you will bring the credibility and gravitas of a senior strategy consultant, translating AI-driven automation capabilities into compelling, commercially grounded transformation narratives that win executive trust and close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Strategic Discovery: Drive structured discovery engagements — including executive workshops and whiteboard sessions — that surface high-value transformation opportunities across back-office and operational functions
Own the Value Narrative: Build and pitch multi-year “Value Roadmaps” that show how Agentforce can progressively automate and transform end-to-end business processes, moving beyond point solutions to enterprise-wide impact
Engage C‑Suite Stakeholders: Act as the primary subject matter expert in Board and C‑suite conversations, articulating autonomous process outcomes — working capital improvements, risk mitigation, cost takeout — in the language of business strategy
Lead Proof of Concept Engagements: Manage 4–6 week POC engagements that validate the business case, securing executive sponsorship and technical buy‑in to progress deals to close
Drive Revenue: Operate as a quota‑contributing member of the GTM team, taking accountability for deal velocity, win rates, and pipeline development within the Agentforce Process Automation portfolio
Shape the GTM Motion: Partner with Product, Engineering, and the broader Agentforce team to feed field intelligence back into the roadmap, ensuring we are solving the most strategically important problems for our customers
Build Industry Expertise: Serve as a recognised authority in one or more of our priority verticals, developing repeatable transformation frameworks and point‑of‑view materials that differentiate Salesforce in market evaluations
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or enterprise transformation — with a track record of owning and delivering senior client engagements
Deep domain expertise in one or more of the following verticals:
Supply Chain or Manufacturing (e.g. procurement, logistics, demand planning, operational resilience)
Financial Services — Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management (e.g. regulatory change, operational risk, client lifecycle)
Life Sciences — Pharma or Medical Devices (e.g. clinical operations, supply integrity, regulatory compliance)
Government or Aerospace & Defence (e.g. programme delivery, defence procurement, public sector transformation)
Proven ability to lead executive‑level engagements — building trust with C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders and translating complex capability into commercially compelling strategy
Strong commercial instinct: experience working in or alongside revenue‑generating roles, with an understanding of deal structure, business case development, and return‑on‑investment frameworks
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to structure a compelling narrative from ambiguous, complex information and land it with precision at the executive level
Experience designing and facilitating structured discovery sessions, workshops, or strategy sprints that drive alignment and momentum
Comfort operating in ambiguity — as an early‑stage GTM motion, you will help define the playbook, not just execute it
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a leading business school, or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Background at a top‑tier strategy consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger) or a Big Four advisory practice
Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow technologies — not as a hands‑on technologist, but as a business transformation enabler
Experience with enterprise change management, operating model redesign, or large‑scale programme delivery
Prior exposure to quota‑carrying or revenue‑accountable roles within a SaaS or technology environment
Proficiency in a second European language is advantageous for broader regional coverage
What’s in It for You
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the frontier of AI‑powered business transformation — advising the organisations that are reshaping industries, and doing so with the full weight of Salesforce’s platform, brand, and ecosystem behind you. You will work on problems that matter, with clients who are genuinely trying to transform, and alongside a team that values rigour, curiosity, and impact over activity. For someone who has thrived in strategy consulting and wants to see their recommendations actually built and deployed, this role delivers exactly that.
Our Commitment to Equality

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.
