Overview

Our client is an established and highly regarded law firm looking to appoint a full‑time and/or part‑time Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent to their Private Client department in Peterborough. The role involves handling private client caseloads, including wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed knowledge and technical expertise in private client matters such as wills, probate, tax, and trust issues.
• Build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
• Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful private client team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience dealing with private client caseloads (wills, probate, tax, trust).
• Strong client‑relationship and fee‑earning skills.
