The Role:
This is a high-volume, telephone-based sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys building rapport quickly, handling a busy workload, and working in a highly target-driven environment. You will be speaking with prospective clients daily, managing multiple opportunities at once, and converting warm leads into long-term business relationships.
This role would particularly suit someone from a strong sales background who is ambitious, commercially driven, and eager to progress their career within a reputable and growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Working from warm sales leads
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout
- Retaining and developing repeat business opportunities
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated, driven, and target focused
- Enthusiastic and professional approach
- A genuine desire to succeed and progress long term
Salary & Rewards:
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
