Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Stourbridge. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice on vehicles, features, and financing options. The role also involves meeting sales targets, managing customer inquiries, conducting test drives, and processing sales documentation. Additionally, the Sales Executive will contribute to maintaining the showroom’s professional appearance and promoting Brayleys’ commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of vehicle features and automotive products is highly desirable
- Customer service orientation with a focus on creating outstanding client experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is advantageous
