Senior Sales Executive (UK&I) – responsible for driving new client acquisition and managing the full sales cycle for Perk’s web‑based travel and spend management platform within the UK and Ireland.
What you will be doing
- Generate and close new UK&I clients, focusing on large SMB to mid‑market businesses with a monthly GMV of £550K–£1.4M.
- Understand prospects’ needs, quantify pain points, and engage stakeholders from Office Managers up to CFOs to convey how Perk’s value proposition addresses their requirements.
- Evaluate existing client infrastructure and recommend tailored SaaS solutions.
- Present product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process from first touchpoint to deal closure.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and develop tactical plans.
- Stay current with new product features and launches.
- Define and establish best practices in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
- Drive pipeline through acquisition channels and support the SDR function.
- Deeply qualify leads for complex orders, including FlexiTrip and Expense Contracts.
- Provide innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the client experience.
- Build strong internal relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What will you need to succeed
