GP Education Lead: Equity, DA & IMG Support

NHS is seeking an Associate GP Dean in Thames Valley to lead the support for International Medical Graduate GP trainees and address differential attainment issues. This part-time position (2 sessions/8 hours per week) will involve exploring projects and providing support to educators, focusing on equality, diversity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical and educational leadership, a GMC registration, and a higher educational qualification in medical education. Flexible working options are available.
