Job Overview

As a Senior Client Manager you’ll manage a set of our larger and more complex clients or be dedicated to one large client. You’ll also be a point of reference and mentor to other Client Managers, providing guidance and support with a friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with large or complex clients.
  • Serve as mentor to junior Client Managers.
  • Use data to track service delivery, analyse trends and insights, and continually improve services.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Management and the broader team to enhance client outcomes.

Key skills and experience

  • More than 5 years of relationship management experience, including large or complex clients.
  • Experience working in a customer‑focused role, preferably in a pensions, financial services or IT environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance commercial success with client success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at translating complex information into simple, intuitive content.
