Position Overview
Senior Sales Executive – UKI.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets assigned to the territory and implement sales strategies set by management.
- Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to signing of the deal, while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and build relationships with senior management and key opinion leaders in banking and financial services.
- Prepare and execute the territory sales plan in alignment with Temenos strategy.
- Manage the full new‑logo sales cycle, coordinating pre‑sales and other specialist resources as needed.
- Ensure professional engagement with prospects, fully understand their requirements, and deliver quality proposals emphasizing Temenos strengths.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and service agreements (or assist in negotiations depending on deal size).
- Assist in market research and build prospective client profiles regarding current systems, potential future software investments, strategies, and key decision makers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors, with substantial experience in the same domain.
- Ability to engage with people at all levels within an organization and strong negotiating skills with key decision makers.
- Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), and a thorough understanding of IT and software solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; international exposure; able to be deployed across the territory.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
