Event Sales Executive
Home-Based – London /Home Counties
Salary: £31,000 + Bonus Scheme
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Event Sales Executive to join the UK team. This is a home-based role (4 days per week, 1 day in London) for a candidate located in and around London/Home Counties.
About the Role
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth whilst engaging with senior decision-makers across large international organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email, converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Represent the company values: service excellence, integrity, flexibility, and honesty.
- Initiate marketing and communication activities (email campaigns, networking events, industry fairs, etc.)
About You
- Proven sales experience within the London/Home Counties hotel or travel industry.
- Fluent in both French and English (essential).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
