Job Description

• Inspire and motivate the younger generation.
• Work alongside a team of fantastic Art Teachers.
• Mentor ECTs and participate in a bespoke induction, in‑and‑out‑of‑house training, etc.
• Full‑time, permanent starting September 2026.
• Manage MPS1‑UPS3 and take on TLR.
• Located in the Borough of Hillingdon.

Person Specification

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it.
• Strong academic qualifications – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs.
• Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a Great or Outstanding level.
• Will work as part of a large team of Art Teachers.
• Willing to listen to feedback.
