Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets.

- Perform other operational duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and best practices.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and maneuver up and down stairs.
- Valid proof of Right to Work in the UK (passport, birth certificate with National Insurance documents). Minimum of 6 months work eligibility required.
