JNHG is seeking a dedicated Ofsted Registered Children’s Manager to oversee our new facility in Walsall, England. The role involves ensuring high standards of care and education for children while managing staff members.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to child welfare. Responsibilities include developing care programmes, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies. A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership are essential qualifications.

A bonus is available for achieving KPI’s and maintaining an OFSTED Good Inspection Rating.
