Freelance Retail Refurbishment Site Manager | Cardiff

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a Freelance Site Manager in Cardiff for a retail store refurbishment project lasting 9-10 weeks. The successful candidate will manage the refurbishment, oversee multiple trades, and ensure project milestones are met while working day shifts and potentially some weekends.

The ideal candidate must have retail refurbishment experience, a minimum of 5 years in a Site Manager role, and be capable of basic IT tasks. Weekly pay is provided on Fridays.
