## Project Manager, eCOA Client ServicesApplylocations: London, United Kingdomtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R1543664**eCOA Client Services Project Manager****Location: UK/ South Africa, home-based****Job Overview**Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).**Essential Functions*** Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance* Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis* Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel)* Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.* Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next steps* Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed* Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support* Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM* Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate**Qualifications*** Minimum of 1 years eCOA experience* Good understanding of clinical research* Proficient use of MS office, excel PPT* Excellent collaboration skills* Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations* Excellent Project Management skills**This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.**#J-18808-Ljbffr…
