O’Neill & Brennan are seeking an experienced Site Logistics Manager for a freelance opportunity with a leading main contractor on a major high-rise residential development in Birmingham. This is a complex, fast paced project in a highly challenging city centre location, requiring a strong logistics professional with proven experience managing busy construction sites and coordinating multiple site operations simultaneously.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a flagship Birmingham project with a well respected contractor.
Key responsibilities and experience required
- Managing site logistics on large-scale construction projects
- Coordinating multiple hoists, tower cranes, and forklifts
- Maintaining safe and efficient site operations in constrained environments
- Working closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Logistics Manager on major construction projects
- Strong background working on high rise or large scale developments
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications essential
- First Aid qualification beneficial
