AB InBev is a global leader in brewing that offers a 6‑month trainee program designed to build leadership, project, and general management skills while providing a 360° view of our Supply Chain.
What is it?
The program starts in August 2026 and consists of three projects lasting 4–6 weeks each, all within the country of application.
- Hands‑on experience at breweries or logistics operations, covering Logistics, Quality, Packaging, Brewery Operations, and People.
- 70‑20‑10 learning framework: 70 % Learning on the Job, 20 % Exposure to Other, 10 % Formal Learning & Training.
Who are we looking for?
Individuals who are strong problem‑solvers with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for Supply, Logistics, and Procurement. Leadership experience—within or outside university—is a plus.

Eligibility
- Graduated (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree. Preferred fields: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical), Natural Sciences, Brewing, Food Science, Supply Chain Studies.
- No more than four years of professional experience (internships/apprenticeships/volunteers/student jobs excluded).
- Fluent in English and at least advanced intermediate in the local language.
- Valid permanent visa/work permit required in the country of application.
- Availability to travel within the country of application and across Europe during the 6‑month program and beyond.
After the Program
Successful completion leads to a leadership role in our Supply Chain, starting within brewery/logistics operations.
