As Front Office Manager, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that guests have the highest quality experience.
  • Lead the team in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indices, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
  • Develop and mentor the front office team, preparing them for the next steps in their careers.
  • Assist in efficiently and effectively managing front office departmental operations.
  • Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.

What You Will Need

  • 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
  • Excellent skills in people leadership and development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
