The Role

As a Graduate Building Services Manager (M&E), you will play a key role in supporting the Building Services team to oversee the design, coordination, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across a large scale residential project. You’ll liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to help ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating MEP services throughout all stages of the refurbishment project.
  • Work closely with subcontractors, designers, and site teams to ensure building services are installed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
  • Help review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor progress on site, support quality checks, and help resolve day to day issues related to MEP services.
  • Contribute to site meetings, track actions, and support effective communication between project teams.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover documentation to ensure seamless project completion.

About You

  • A recent graduate in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Interested in high end residential projects and motivated to learn how building services integrate into complex refurbishment work.
  • A strong communicator with the confidence to work with designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Attentive to detail and have a willingness to problem solve in a practical, hands on environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to develop technical and project management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a career within construction and building services management.
